The operating systems that have been tested and are currently supported are Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. While this application may run on other operating systems, they have not been tested and are therefore not supported.

 

Screen Resolution Requirements

 Resolution:

800x600 screen resolution or greater is required. If your Graphics Adapter supports this, you can modify your settings as follows:

  1. On your desktop, double-click on My Computer
  2. Double-click on Control Panel
  3. Double-click on Display
  4. Click on the Settings tab
  5. Under Desktop Area, drag the gauge to the right until it reads 800 by 600 pixels or greater.
  6. Click the Apply button

 

JavaScript Requirements

Most browsers come with JavaScript enabled. Sometimes people disable this feature to speed up their web browsing or change their security settings. Here is how to turn JavaScript on in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

In Internet Explorer:

  1. Under the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
  2. Click the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options panel
  3. Click the Custom Level button at the botton of the Security section of the Internet Options panel
  4. Under "Scripting" set "Active Scripting" to "Enable"

 

 

Java Requirements

Most browsers come with Java enabled. Sometimes people disable this feature to speed up their web browsing or change their security settings. Here is how to turn Java on in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

In Internet Explorer:

  1. Under the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
  2. Click the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options panel
  3. Click the Custom Level button at the botton of the Security section of the Internet Options panel
  4. Under "Microsoft VM " set "Java Permissions" to "High safety"

To allow your browser to accept cookies:

In Internet Explorer 5:

  1. Under the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
  2. Click the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options panel
  3. Click the Custom Level button at the botton of the Security section of the Internet Options panel
  4. Under "Cookies" set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable"

In Internet Explorer 6:

  1. Under the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
  2. Click the Privacy tab at the top of the Internet Options panel
  3. Click the Edit button at the botton of the Web Sites panel
  4. Under "Address of Web site" type in the domain name of the web page currently loaded, e.g. compupharma.net
  5. Click the "Allow" button
