2. What is the difference between "Administrator," “Trainer” and "Trainee" access to the SkillPad LMS?
The differences between the three levels of concerns the functions a user can perform. Administrative access allows the user to add, edit, and manage user accounts. Trainer allows assigning of courses and assignments and tracking scores. Trainee access limits users to taking courses and assignments only.

3. “What are the basic Skillpad LMS system requirements”

Yes, the system can be validated. CompuPharma provides validation protocols (Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification) and supporting procedures. We also can perform on-site executions of the protocols or make any modifications required to meet internal guidelines. At the end of the validation effort you will have a complete set of documentation for demonstrating regulatory compliance.

5. Does the system meet the expectations of the FDA regulation 21 CFR Part 11?
Yes, Skillpad PRO has been designed specifically for the demands of regulatory environment and requires electronic signatures for critical events. A time-stamped audit trail is also implemented.

6. Is there a limitation on the number of users that can be managed in Skillpad PRO?
There is no limit, however CompuPharma recommend a maximum of 500 registered users or 50 concurrent users.

7. Can you launch other providers’ content from Skillpad PRO?
Yes, as long as the content can be launched from a command line or Http address, the content can be integrated into the LMS. Files are opened with their associated viewers therefore any document format (html, doc, pdf, ppt, etc.) can be opened as long as the viewer is available.

8. Does the system allow a Trainer to create, monitor and track a classroom or other training activity that does not include launchable (electronic) content?
Yes, the system will allow you to create, track and monitor all training assignments.

9. Does Skillpad PRO include an Audit Trail?
Yes, an audit trail of all system events within the system is maintained in a separate database.

10. Will every Trainee need to install software on their desktops to use Skillpad PRO?
No, with Skillpad PRO PLUS Trainees can now use their web browsers to access Skillpad PRO.

11. Does Skillpad PRO have the ability to delete Trainees that have left the company?
No, for regulatory requirements user records cannot be deleted from the system. They can, however, be archived to ensure no further training is assigned to them.

12. What database system is used to store the LMS data?
SQL Server is used for large scale installations and MSDE is used for smaller installations.

13. Do we have to buy SQL Server/Is MSDE not sufficient?
If you intend to have more than 5 simultaneous/concurrent users you will be required to purchase SQL Server. For 5 concurrent users or less, CompuPharma will install MSDE, a freely available database engine from Microsoft.

14. Does the Administrator have the ability to disable accounts?
Yes, the Administrator can disable accounts and/or change passwords or any user at any time.

15. Does CompuPharma offer customization services?
Yes, CompuPharma offers its customers the option of customizing Skillpad PRO for their own individual needs.

16. Does the system incorporate a messaging feature?
Yes, the system includes a messaging feature that can be connected to your email server for messages to be generated by Trainers and Trainees.
