Description
This is an exciting and challenging position that will help to mold the future standards of training in the pharmaceutical, medical device and other regulated industries. The Training Program Design Specialist will act as an expert consultant to our client companies helping to design training programs to meet both compliance requirements and business goals. Duties will include identifying training weaknesses by spending time on-site doing Needs and GAP Analysis. This part of the job responsibilities will demand good interpersonal skills on-site working with a wide range of different company personnel including managers, supervisors, operators and analysts.
Duties to Include:
- Carrying out on-site Training & GAP Analysis
- Contributing in the preparation of Project Plans
- Working on-site as a member of our project delivery teams
- Advising clients on e-Training solutions
- Advising clients on Learning Management Systems
- Making presentations to clients
- Providing technical backup to the sales team
- Delivering Instructor-Led classroom Training sessions
- Ability to understand the training needs for a wide range of technical training
- Able to work in a GMP, GLP and GCP environment
Job Requirements/Experience
At least 5 years experience of working in the Pharmaceutical /Clinical /Biotech /API /Medical Device industry’s. The successful candidate will need a balance of both technical and training experience. Technical experience could include areas such as clinical, manufacturing, aseptic, packaging and laboratory. Training experience of dealing with regulatory/vendor audits and designing training programs.
